New Homes or Re-Sale Homes,here's how it works...first, you start searching - online, going to open houses, driving by properties, etc.  When you're ready to see a home in more depth, either attend an open house or call PineappleHut to schedule a private showing. When a PineappleHut agent represents you in your purchase transaction and you have viewed less than 10 homes when you make an accepted offer, we will share up to 25% of the listed buyers agent commission with you! 

HINT: When purchasing a new home from a builder, you must have a PineappleHut agent accompany you and SIGN YOU IN at your first visit.
